Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if a product is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete. The issue must be reported to our support team promptly after receiving the parcel.

2. Conditions for Returns

• The product must be unused and in its original condition, where applicable.
• Original packaging, accessories and included items should be retained.
• Proof of purchase or order details may be required.
• Products showing damage caused by misuse or improper handling may not qualify.

3. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, certain personal care, health and food products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless they are defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.

4. How to Request a Return

• Contact our support team with your order number.
• Explain the reason for the return.
• Share clear photos or videos of the issue when applicable.
• Wait for return instructions before sending the product back.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests will be reviewed after the returned product or reported issue has been verified. Approved refunds will be processed through an appropriate payment method agreed with the customer.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

6. Exchange or Replacement

If a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, Biomakes may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability and verification.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a verified mistake by Biomakes or a defective product, return delivery arrangements will be discussed with the customer. For other approved returns, applicable shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may contact us to request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

9. Important Information

Please check your parcel and product after delivery. If you notice any problem, contact us promptly. All return, replacement and refund requests are subject to verification and applicable consumer protection laws in Bangladesh.
